Aim: To evaluate the project and to reflect together on all the activities and achievements, to capture learning results, and to organise for sustainability and continuation.
Activities:
- Reflection session on how the partners work has improved over time also related to local networking, working methods, overall capacity
- Group evaluation of tangible outcomes, financial management, evaluation of communication work, and dissemination activities.
- Preparation of final evaluation report
- Discussion of follow-up activities and identification of future opportunities for cooperation
