Venue: Vet centers in Slovenia, Tanzania and Somalia
Dates: October to December 2025
Participants: 1 expert from each research institute (NHI, Sweden, HiRi Rwanda and HiEd Kenya) and NGO (Scambieuropei and Via Kreation) that worked as a trainer during the ToT will join a VET school to follow up and Evaluate the Pilot course during 10 days Sweden, Rwanda → Somalia Italy, Kenya → Tanzania Germany → Slovenia
Aim: to monitor the pilot course, to organise the assessment procedure, to report strengths, weaknesses, and student responses, to foster innovation and exchange of good practices on educational tools in the involved organizations,to support young people in the project and in the network in a cross-cultural-continent context to be used to support future young people local activities
Activities:
- Following daily activities in VET schools to understand working methodologies and get inputs for the Manual preparation
- Monitoring and evaluation of pilot course implementation
- Meeting local authorities and network facilitating the youth environmental education in the community
- Attending staff meetings to share ideas, assessment, follow-up activities Indicators
- Each staff person will produce a detailed report about the course to report strengths, weaknesses, and student responses and to have useful material for the final output.
- Follow-up ideas and NGO improvements through a feedback sharing and reports
- There is a reinforced monitor at the African Vet Center with two different job shadowers that will report the activities, 1 expert from an EU country
